The bust is extremely flexible in either direction due to halter ties and corset front, but roughly measures 17 flat. Waist measures 13 flat unstretched, and 13.5 stretched. Fits me perfectly as a 28H bust and 28 waist. There are no flaws; the dress has been reversibly hemmed up 2 inches and about 1/2 higher in the front for ease of movement - it is well done and can be let down easily if desired. The hemmed length is intact with no fading or tears. Zip closure and sexy low back, no waist ties. This dress is crazy hard to find and difficult to let go!
